This is a 1 hour session which will be for fun & enjoyment. They will learn the basics of passing, dribbling, & shooting in a non-competitive environment. Join us each week for a 1-hour session of volleyball for 1st-4th graders. This course will teach the fundamentals of volleyball such as passing, serving, and general court awareness. We will provide all of the equipment needed so all you have to do is show up with a great attitude and willingness to learn! This
Accepting JV and Varsity teams (2 separate divisions) 1. Time Schedule: Each match will be a total of 55 minutes. Your warm-up time will be 1/2/2 after your first match, if you need more and both teams decide on it, you may have additional time, just be aware that it cuts into your actual playing
This is a 1 hour session which will focus on instruction vs. playing games. This is a competitive league designed to prepare athletes for school and travel teams. Leagues will consist of training time immediately followed by game time. Shirts will be provided for each player.
