Tiny Tots basketball is a beginners course for those 3-5 years of age. They will learn the basics of passing, dribbling, and shooting in a non-competitive environment. A parent is required to attend and participate each session to help each child feel comfortable. This class will be once a week from 7-8pm.

This is a Teammate Basketball Tournament for boy and girls grades: 2-12th. Price: $165 per team

Skills and Drills will be held every Friday from 5-7pm. 5-6pm will be for beginners and 6-7pm will be for advanced players. Skills and Drills will be taught by Katie Helvey and Alyssa Hatley. Both Katie and Alyssa played volleyball for ETSU and are both apart of the local Kingsport Volleyball Club. Price: $20 per

Adult League Basketball will be held on Fridays from 6-8pm staring April 8th. There will be 5 regular season games and then single elimination bracket play for the tournament. Teams need to be registered by April 2nd to ensure their teams spot. Price: $250 per team

Ed Cota, former UNC basketball player with be holding a camp with skills coach Ryan Goodson. Ed Cota was a McDonald's All American out of high school and is one of the greatest point guards to ever play at UNC! This 3 hour clinic will be open to all ages! Price: $99 per player

Parent's night out is fun, active and much better for kids than staying at home with a babysitter! While you enjoy your night out on the town, your kids will enjoy a fun and safe environment with their friends! Activities will include basketball, volleyball, inflatables, 2 slices of free pizza and a drink, and more!
