Alyssa played two years on the East Tennessee Volleyball team. She had the honor of being selected all four years to the All Academic Team for Big 7. She was 1st Team All Conference for four years and was selected as Big 7 Conference Player of the Year as a senior. Additionally, she was selected to TSWA All-State Team her senior year. Alyssa attended a USA Volleyball High Performance Camp her sophomore and junior year. Alyssa has coached at Volunteer High School for 2 years.

Katie is in her 10th year coaching with KVC. In addition to coaching, Katie also serves as the 2020-2021 Club President for KVC and served as the Head Boys Dobyns Bennett Volleyball Coach. Katie is a former member of the East Tennessee State University Volleyball team where she was a four year starter and received Libero of the Year in 2014. Katie served as an assistant volleyball coach at Dobyns Bennett High School for 3 years.
