Coach Teddy Gaines has lots of experience and knowledge on how to get your athlete to their maximum potential no matter what sport they are involved in.
Athletes will learn several different speed, agility, strength and coordination improvement drills and exercises, in an atmosphere they find enjoyable. Athletes will be challenged every session. The expectation is to have fun, while training their very hardest the entire session. The goal will be to produce a stronger, faster and more explosive athlete, who enjoys training and understands the value of hard work and dedication.

Sundays 4-5:00 pm
Thru the March 30th (no classes on Sunday, March 1st or March 5th)
